Hey there! My name is Angie Parkhouse, and I’m super excited to be the pickleball coach at this year’s Camp David Pickle kids camp! I’ve been practicing pickleball for about four years now, and let me tell you, it’s an absolute blast! I live in Drip and play mostly at the YMCA.

 

Back in my college days, I was a camp counselor, which means I’ve got a black belt in fun having. I absolutely love working with kids and connecting them with sports. Pickleball is awesome because you can play it anywhere, anytime, and it brings every walk of life together on the court. Pickleball isn’t just a sport; it’s a magical game that teaches courtesy, inclusion and is full of camaraderie.

 

You don’t need to be a superstar athlete; you just need a smile and a willingness to have fun. Plus, it’s super social so you make tons of new friends! I can’t wait to see all the fantastic moves your kids will bring to the court. Let’s get ready to paddle, rally, and laugh our way through an awesome camp!
